Our rugs are hand-woven using natural colored and hand-dyed wool and linen warp.  They are woven using the shaft switching technique developed by Peter Collingwood on a Harrisville Designs Rug Loom. The pattern color placement is  reversed on the reverse side of the rug. Many of the patterns are designed to be modular and can be continued to fit in various lengths. The wooden cap shown in several photos is used to hang the rugs. The cap is made of solid Oak

Bricks_dk3.jpg (75428 bytes) "Bricks" This is an original design woven with Churro and a commercial yarn. For sale for $130.  This rug is 34" X 22".   Estar_lt5.jpg (221839 bytes) "Eastern star": Woven with 100% Navajo-Churro wool using an original design based on Eastern European knitting patterns. This rug is 34" X 45". Sold to a private collection.
"Bricks2" Woven predominately with Navajo-Churro wool from our flock. This rug is 34" X 72". Sold to a private collection.   "Mounds": Woven primarily with Navajo-Churro wool from my flock as well as some wool from Puddleduck Farm and commercial wool. Size 34" X 45". Sold to a private collection.
"Rio2" This is the 2nd rug in a series based on a Rio Grande striping technique and the visual log cabin pattern. Size 34" X 48". Sold to a private collection.  
"Celtic Knot in Blue" Woven 100% with Navajo-Churro wool. Black knot is reverse side. Size shown here is 34" X 30" approx. This rug is not available but the design can be done in several colors.
