Home > Products > Sheep > Navajo-Churro Navajo-Churro SheepNavajo-Churro sheep are a primitive breed with medium coarse double coated wool in various colors. Correct fleeces should have a nice handle and some luster. We use their wool in our hand-woven rugs and I have some long term customers for fleeces. Our fleeces are also used for felting. My main goal these days is for long fleece as we are shearing twice a year. We will research bloodlines if info is available to provide unrelated animals if possible. We give group discounts to encourage small flock purchases and possible transportation assistance possible depending on location. Fleece samples available on many. Prices do not include the destination state required blood work or heath certificate although I try to make the most cost effective arrangements possible. We have imported to Canada so have some experience with those procedures and getting up to date requirements. (You can click on the small pictures (thumbnails) to see a larger picture.)
